loaf Cake – Servings for Two
| Ingredients: | Quantity: |
| Pecan Nuts | 100grams and chop roughly |
| Mashed Bananas | Two or three small ones |
| Plain Flour – preferably Oatmeal | 75grams or approx. 16 (sixteen) teaspoons |
| Edible Soda Bicarbonate | 1 (one) Teaspoon Full |
| Whole-meal Flour | 75grams or approx. 16 (sixteen) teaspoons |
| Eggs | Two (2) Slightly beaten |
| Mixed Spice Finely Grounded | 1 (one) Teaspoon Full |
| DiabetiSweet, artificial sweetener | 50 grams – get one here |
| Regular Butter (Mashed and Softened) | 100grams or approx. 21 melted teaspoons |
Preparation and Method:
- Your oven must already be set to 350F or equivalent for this to work.
- Take two pounds or approx. nine hundred grams of loaf baking container and properly grease it.
- Put two flours, soda and grounded spices in a mixing bowl.
- Take another bowl a larger than the one used above and beat butter DiabetiSweet together than mix mashed bananas and eggs into the batter when it becomes fluffy.
- Boil 74ml about 6 tablespoons of water and throw pecan nuts and stir in the flour mixture as well.
- Get all the mixture into the baking container and level the top surface. Put this into the oven for about one hour or until it’s color is golden brown. Serve slightly hot. Enjoy!
Especial Texas Chocolate Sugar Free Cake
Note: This is considered as the sweet black king amongst the black Sugar Free Cakes

| Un-Sweetened Chocolate | Two (2) Squares approx. 6 teaspoons |
| Flour, Unbleached | Two (2) cups |
| DiabetiSweet Sweetener | One (1) cup DiabetiSweet |
| Roughly Chopped Pecans | One (1) cup |
| Milk | One (1) once or approx. 6 Tablespoons |
| Soda, Baking | One (1) Teaspoon |
| Butter-Milk | Half (1/2) cup |
| Beaten Eggs | Two (2) |
| Butter | Half (1/2) cup |
| Vanilla Extract | One (1) Teaspoon |
| Cinnamon, Ground | One (1) Teaspoon |
| Water | One (1) cup |
| Shortening | Half (1/2) cup |
| For Frosting: Confectioners’ Sugar (Optional) | 1 Pound |
| For Frosting: Butter | Half (1/2) cup |
| For Frosting: Chocolate | Two (2) Squares approx. 6 teaspoons |
| For Frosting: Milk | One (1) once or approx. 6 Tablespoons |
Method For
Especial Texas Sugar Free Cakes
- Grease baking pan of nine-by-thirteen inch well. Heat the oven to 350F or equivalent.
- Take a regular saucepan and mix half cup butter, half cup shortening, chocolate with water. Put this mixture on a burner until chocolate is melted.
- Take a large size bowl, mix cinnamon, sugar, flour & baking soda. Put vanilla, eggs and buttermilk in this and add chocolate mixture which we had prepared earlier, beat the whole thing and pour this batter into the baking pan. Bake it for 25 to 30 minutes.
Frosting (Optional)
Mix butter, chocolate and milk in a saucepan. Put this on heat until you see bubbles on and around edges. Mix & beat confectioners’ sugar or use DiabetiSweet and mix it cream with equal proportions, vanilla and nuts. Frost the cake after five minutes when it’s done and still warm. Keep in a refrigerator or allow this one of the marvelous Sugar Free Cakes to cool down at the room temperature completely before serving.
