Method For Gluten Free Cake Recipes – Chocolate Hazelnut Cake

  • Preheat the oven to 350F.
  • Take eight inch spring-form pan sprinkle some powdered DiabetiSweet.
  • Mix chocolate chips and butter in a two quart sauce pan. Stir continuously over low heat for about six minutes. When it become smooth put nut, DiabetiSweet and eggs, Drop all this in a previously prepared pan.

  • For glaze, take a small saucepan and mix baking chocolate and whipping cream put it on to low heat. Continuously stir till it become smooth, usually take three to four minutes.
  • Let the mixture cool down for five to six minutes. Carefully pour chocolate batter over the cake which is already cooled. Put the cake in refrigerator for sixty minutes.
  • Garnish with melted chocolate and hazelnuts if you so desired to do so.
