Method and Preparation For Diabetic Pie

  • Preheat the oven to 400F. Take a mixing bowel and combine  pumpkin puree, Splenda, cornstarch, spices, and salt blend well for a while.
  • Add the remaining ingredients into the mix and blend’em well.
  • Spread the mixture on to prepared pie-crust and put it in the oven. Bake it for about 40-45 minutes or till it’s crust turns to golden brown in color. Cut the slices as desired and enjoy!

Preparation For Diabetic Pumpkin Pie 

  • Preheat the oven to 400F.
  • Take a nine-inch pie plate. Drizzle some flour on the inverted pie plate and roll pastry just one inch larger than the plate.
  • Place the pastry into the plate cut out the extra from edges.
  • Take a mixing bowel and put pumpkin, evaporated milk and eggs and beat it with medium speed. Now add remaining items and blend well.
